With Us

I often find myself in chaos. Basically, I'm a glorious mess yet a mosaic of His Love. Sometimes I feel like I'm going it alone forgetting there's a hand holding mine. I tend to think I can manage my life by myself, thinking I can somehow control outcomes. Then, He steps in and says "You're not alone. I'm right here. I haven't abandoned You. Let me in to help you with your daily walk in this life."

It's a daily walk. He's not here once in a while but there every day, moment by moment. The daily struggles aren't new to Him. He's there to make the burden lighter. All He wants from us is to follow Him.

Psalm 23:1-3 says with my comments in parenthesis....

"The Lord is my shepherd" (the one who takes care of me). "He makes me lie down in green pastures" (He gives me rest). "He leads me beside quiet waters" (He quenches my thirst) "He refreshes my soul" (He fills me up with more of Him). "He guides me along the right paths for His name's sake" (He orders my day).

Daily He leads us and guides us to walk with Him hand in hand.

We simply walk by His side, calling Him Shephard, Father, and Friend.

Don't be afraid to open up to Him and ask for His help. You are not a burden to Him.

He can handle you.
